Accounting Staff
Jakarta Raya – Kemang
Responsibilities:
- Prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from other divisioins
- Maintains and balances an automated consolidation system by inputting data; scheduling required jobs; verifying data.
- Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports; verifying information.
- Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.
- Prepares payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts.
- Develops and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures; recommending changes.
- Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (Including Pivot Table), Microsoft Powerpoint
- Deadline-oriented, high attention to detail
- Very good math skills, reporting skills and verbal communication
- In-depth knowledge of FRAS, PSAK and Indonesian Tax Laws and requirements
- Preferably some experience in Accounting System such as MYOB, ZAHIR
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Highly motivated, very good leadership
- Comfortable to work in a start-up environment
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kemang.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
